The Chap takes you through his French MAS-36 rifle, and gives it a good wringing out on the range.
Adopted by France for rear echelon troops while front line soldiers were supposed to get a shiny new semiauto, this rifle ended up as a state of the art front line weapon instead. The Germans also used them in large numbers as "Beutewaffe".
