If there's a single person behind any tank gunnery, it's the Master Gunner. Turns out that's the case for aviation gunnery as well. Here's half an hour talking about the administration and 'rules' behind AH-64 gunnery. Again, you will see nothing 'exciting' here, it's a half-hour of sitting down and talking. It is, however, extremely important to a gunnery if you want it to be good and useful for anything.
