Our Finnish friends Varusteleka www.varusteleka.com organised a Remote Military March in these times of Corona. Rules are military kit, 25 or 50 km, nutters can wear respirators, at least 10kg of gear not including clothing, water and food.
So we went full wool: French M1935 pattern clothing and equipment, and British 1937 pattern battledress and webbing. Both in some semblance of fighting order. How did each set perform on the way back down from Zweisimmen in the Berner Oberland???
