Bryan Sportel Is there a rifle or pistol that you would like to try running in either of your courses? turbo1889 Some people believe that an AR-15 carbine equipped red-dot and a 3x magnifier that snaps/swings in and out behind the red dot gives them both effective close quarters and can also reach out to extended range. Would you be willing to do a practical test of this setup by equipping a basic AR-15 carbine with this kind of setup and running it on your short-range drill like you do with pistols & shotguns with the magnifier snapped to the side red dot only and then doing the 500-yard service rifle test using the magnifier snapped in behind the red dot.
